T.S.M.'s stainless steel 100 lb. capacity gas smokehouse (model 45603) has been specially designed with emphasis on safety and simplicity of use. This is a serious smokehouse for restauranteurs serious about mass production of smoked foods counting the feet and smoke stack this unit is almost 83 inches high and weighs a heavy-duty 370 pounds. With a powerful 31,000 B.T.U. output this smokehouse gas valve features a sophisticated electronic ignition system for its Titanium gas burner. Once fired up, the built-in smoke generator can produce smoke for up to 3 hours with one filling of sawdust. The box is constructed of durable 304 series stainless steel. Both temperature control and the thermometer gauge for the interior are on the side of the unit in a sturdy stainless steel housing. The unit's stainless steel legs are fully adjustable and the interior cabinet of the smokehouse has 5 removable brackets, allowing for maximum optimization of your smoking capacity. Note: Please allow up to three weeks for manufacture. When ordering, please specify whether this unit will be used with L.P. (propane) or natural gas.
